Planning for Growth

The resources in this section of the Grow in Grace web site seek to help pastors strengthen their planning for growth (always trusting at the same time that all growth occurs by God’s grace). While almost every pastor is engaged in far more activities that promote spiritual and professional growth than he may often consciously recognize, these tools seek to help pastors to make the process of planning for growth a more conscious and organized part of ministry. In particular, these tools seek to help pastors plan for growth with two things in mind: the special needs of the setting in which they serve and the opportunities to maximize particular gifts for ministry that each pastor has been given by God.
